President
Mrs. Park has over 15 yrs, in leading Design-Build Projects, Coordinating Development for Commercial and Single-Family Projects. Her Bachelor of Science in University Studies in Biomedical Science and Minor in Urban Planning and pursuing a Master in Land and Property Development have been instrumental in understanding the health-centered needs for clients in the built environment and utilizing a data-supported approach to project design and implementation.
Jehoon Park
VICE president and DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Mr. Park brings over 15 yrs. of Construction Management and Development Experience in the areas of Single Family Residential and Commercial Construction. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master in Construction Management, which enables a technology-based approach to project design and facilitation as well as a keen eye to detail in the execution of project goals.

Dr. Noh has participated in several international projects where he devised conceptual plans and master plans for new town developments. The projects ranged from 1,500 to 13,000 acres that hosted single- and multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, and light industrial. As a faculty at Texas A&M University since 2009, Dr. Noh has taught and researched the topics of environmental planning and real estate development. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, a Master’s in Urban Design, and Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Science. In 2017, Dr. Noh became a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
The Keith Duble Team has been named by Platinum Top 50 (an independent organization who recognizes the highest producing agents out of the 18,000 agents in Austin) as top 50 finalists 4 times. Nate brings a background that includes various experiences from the commercial real estate industry including brokerage, asset management, finance, and investor relations. He brings an analytical perspective with a creative approach to fulfill internal and external requirements. He studied Urban and Regional Planning as an undergraduate and Master in Land and Property Development, both from Texas A&M University.

Tim Early is a proven land development veteran with over 30 years of experience in Texas, California, and the southeastern United States.Tim recently joined the faculty at Texas A&M University, where he is the Director of the Master of Land and Property Development in the College of Architecture. Prior to joining Texas A&M, Tim was the Vice President of Planning and Development for Pulte Homes’ Houston Division. Throughout his career, Early led teams of experienced professionals responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, planning, conceptual design, engineering, and development of communities for private and publicly traded homebuilders. He has experience in all aspects of residential development, including affordable housing, high-density redevelopment projects, age-restricted communities, and acreage lot development. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University.
